API |
You can now add multiple assignees to a reactive work order using the FAMIS360 API endpoint POST /apis/360facility/v1/multipleassignees({RequestId})/AddAssignees. Include multiple User and Crew IDs in the request body to efficiently assign tasks. The system validates that each user and crew is active and properly associated, ensuring no more than 20 assignees per request. You must have the Update Requests permission to perform this action. The API responds in less than one second, maintaining optimal performance. |

API |
You can now remove individual assignee records using the DELETE API endpoint /apis/360facility/v1/multipleassignees{Id} in FAMIS360. The system checks that you have the Update Requests permission before allowing the removal. You cannot remove the lead assignee unless you first reassign them. Ensure the Logbook and Multiple Assignees modules are enabled in your installation settings to access this functionality. |

API |
You now benefit from enhanced logging capabilities in FAMIS360, with detailed logs outputting to a standalone log file in the same directory as the .exe file. This improvement includes timestamps and executing class names in each log entry for better traceability. Capture the start and end of jobs processing work order emails and records in the deadLetter table. When you process tenants, logs detail the tenant identifier, the count of messages to process, and the count of successfully processed messages alongside any errors. |
